The Intellectual Property and all other materials displayed on our Website may be accessed, viewed, downloaded and printed solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as expressly authorized by Kanshum and/or Kanshum's third party licensors.
However, (1) provided that you do not modify or alter the intellectual property in any way,

You will not acquire any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights whatsoever in the Intellectual Property. No license, right or interest in any materials or software is granted to you as a result of your use of this Website or your accessing, viewing, downloading or printing of the Intellectual Property.
You may not copy (except as stated above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way any of the IP or our Website, in whole or in part. 1. Eligibility
The purchase of products through the Website is limited exclusively to parties who can legally enter into contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal details, including your real name and surname, a valid mobile phone number, a valid email address, payment details, a valid billing address and other information requested as required. You also represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct, and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Website is only available to persons who meet Kanshum's eligibility and electronic payment terms, who hold a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to Kanshum, and who have authorized us to charge their credit card for the total purchase price of the products they purchase, including any taxes or delivery charges, if applicable. Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and may not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or for any other commercial gain. Kanshum reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or delivery address.
When you order a product(s), you expressly authorize Kanchoom to verify your credit card and to transmit, send or obtain your credit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain an initial credit card authorization and/or authorize individual purchases, as we deem necessary. You agree that we may use the personal information you provide for the purpose of conducting appropriate fraud and anti-fraud checks, and that such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of such information.

2. Order products
The products available on the Website, including any samples or gifts with purchase that Kanshum may offer you, are for personal or gift use only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise obtain from Kanshum.
There may be a slight difference in the design of the outer shape (package - carton) of the product received by the customer and the image of its display on the Kanshom website due to the release of a newer design for the outer packaging or carton of the product by the manufacturer.
But this does not mean that the product content is different, and Kanshom guarantees this to you, and always seeks to update and renew the product display images periodically.
The products offered for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason following the placement of an order for a product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel your order in its entirety.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, that we are unable to obtain authorization to collect payment, that delivery restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions or any other problem identified by us.
Kanchoom will retain a record of your transactions for a minimum of ten years and will keep that record for a reasonable period.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received your order.
One of our agents will contact you to confirm your order. If our agent is unable to reach you at the number you provided when you registered, you will receive an email asking you to respond to confirm your order. Even if there is no confirmation, the initial order will still be processed.
If you do not cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be complete when we finish packing it. At this point you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and shipped. Accordingly, the sales contract will be concluded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the moment of acceptance, and the language of the contract will be Arabic. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated shipping company has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Kanchoom.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason and may refuse to send to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for our withdrawal of any product, including any samples or gifts with purchase, from the Website, whether or not such product is sold, or for our removal, screening, proofreading or editing of any materials or content on the Website, or for our refusal to process a transaction, or for our invalidation or suspension of any transaction after processing has begun.
We make every effort to ensure that all details on the Website are accurate, however we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product listed in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel an order that has already been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund you in full as soon as we are able. If such products are returned in transit, we will process your refund once we have received the products.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to such order.
3. Prices and Payment Policy
Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products offered for sale by Kanchom on its website.

All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you for an alternative method of payment.
The details on the credit card used for payment must match the exact credit card holder information as recorded by the card issuer. Payment will be authorized and placed on hold when your order is placed and the amount will be debited from your account when Kanchoom has completed dispatching your order. You confirm that the credit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it.
No credit card details will be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third parties except in connection with our online payment gateway service provider.
4- Delivery
Kanshum delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and according to our estimation, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to seven (10) business days starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the order price and will be displayed in your local currency separately on the order form during the payment verification and review process.
If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain additional information about the collection of your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to collect your order on the second delivery attempt, you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
5- Customs fees for international shipments
The total shown on the order is the amount of the products. Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment are not attributable to Kanshom. You can view Aramex shipping charges:
Kuwait:
Customs: Stamp 1 KWD + 2 KWD customs clearance fees + IATA fees* + Customs declaration 5% of total shipment value.
*IATA charges: Depends on weight and source, no VAT.
The UAE:
If the invoice value is AED 991.72 and above, it is subject to customs duties and VAT.
There is a VAT applicable between AED 100 and AED 999.
Bahrain:
Above BD 301.68 as total invoice value, there will be 5% customs + 5% VAT.
Oman:
Up to OMR 299.15 the value of shipments will be 5% of the total invoice value + OMR 3.47 customs clearance fees per shipment. Tax is not applicable.

6-Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy
At Kanchom, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
For your safety, Kanshom does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except for products that arrive damaged only.
Cancellation
We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact Customer Service on 0532673783 WhatsApp to cancel your order and we will do our best to cancel it provided your order has not already been processed.
In this case, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In any case, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.
Offers and discount coupon:
You can benefit from Visa discount, Apple Pay discount as an additional discount with discount coupon, offers and discounted products.
Other discounts such as: discount coupon, Qitaf Al Tamyeez discount cannot be used on offers and discounted products.
Wallet balance
It is a sum of money that the customer can fully use in purchasing operations.
- In the event that a damaged product arrives or the order products are missing, the customer will be compensated with a financial amount in the wallet in the amount of the damage that occurred after contacting customer service.
- You can get credit through gifts, or credit from Kanchoom offers.
- The balance of compensation and gifts is not limited to a specific period, while the balance of Kanchom offers is limited to a specific period according to the duration of the existing offer.
- When the customer completes the order, the full amount in the wallet is immediately deducted with any order, and then the remaining amount is paid by the customer using one of the available payment methods (Visa, Apple Pay or cash on delivery).
Ticket system:
In order to satisfy the customer and strengthen communication methods in the right way, we launched the ticket system, which allows the customer to send a ticket through the request in the event that the customer wishes to communicate with the Kanshom customer service team.
The customer can submit a ticket by going to (My Orders > Order Page > I have a problem with the order > Choose the title > Describe the problem and attach a picture of the problem if any).
Communication with the customer will begin within 24 hours.
The customer cannot send more than one ticket if there is an open ticket for the same order.
The customer must choose the correct address, write the details, explain the reason for contacting, and attach a photo if necessary to make it easier for customer service to solve the problem directly.
The customer will be notified in case of an update from the Kanchoom customer service team via app notifications and email.
The ticket is closed after the issue is resolved and the customer is notified that it has been closed.
The ticket will be closed automatically if there is no response from the customer within 72 hours.
Miscellaneous provisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of the Website (or any of our other websites) following any such change will mean you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. Please read and review the Terms and Conditions frequently. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Website.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Kanshum, govern and regulate your use of the Website and all services and products available thereon, and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Kanshum in relation to the same purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you, and Kanchoom may stop providing the Services (or any features within them) to you or to users.
You understand and acknowledge that Kanchoom grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, and Kanchoom reserves the right to revoke these exceptions, either generally or in specific cases.
You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for (and that Kanchoom has no responsibility to you or any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Kanchoom may suffer) of any such breach.
Kanchoom's failure to exercise or enforce, or delay in exercising or enforcing, any legal right or remedy shall not be construed as a formal waiver of Kanchoom's rights.
You and Kanchoom are independent contractors, and these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to submission, transmission, broadcast or distribution of Your Content, will not, in whole or in part, create any relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency between you and Kanchoom. Neither party will have the power to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf without the other's prior written consent. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or representative of the other or for or on behalf of the other party in any capacity other than as expressly set forth in the Terms and Conditions. Neither party (or any of its agents) shall advertise, represent or hold itself out as so acting or being authorized so to act, or incur any liability or obligation on behalf of, or in the name of, the other party, unless specifically set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the Arabic text shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising out of the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
